All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Material costs or availability
We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly, with communication provided to the customer.
3. Scheduling and Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, equipment issues, permitting, or other unforeseen factors. Shamrock Dirt & Forestry will make reasonable efforts to keep projects on schedule and communicate any changes.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits may be required prior to project start
- Final payment is due upon completion of services
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees
We reserve the right to suspend or delay services for unpaid balances.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the stage of the project:
- Deposits may be non-refundable
- Work already completed will be billed accordingly
Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of Shamrock Dirt & Forestry.
6. Property Access and Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing clear and safe access to the job site
- Identifying property boundaries
- Disclosing underground utilities, septic systems, or hazards
Shamrock Dirt & Forestry is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed or improperly marked utilities or structures.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to perform work safely and professionally, Shamrock Dirt & Forestry is not liable for:
- Pre-existing property conditions
- Natural settling or environmental changes after work completion
- Damages caused by factors beyond our control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
8. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after project completion. Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be outlined in your service agreement.
