Patrick Jacobs | CEO & President

Meet Pat, a committed family man who wears many hats – a loving husband, doting father, proud grandfather, and devoted dog dad. He’s also an avid Tennessee Titans fan and a certified health coach, who’s always up for getting his hands dirty and putting in a hard day’s work.


When he’s not helping others adopt healthier habits, Pat spends his weekends surrounded by loved ones, making unforgettable memories. You’ll often find him at Back40mx, where he indulges his adventurous spirit and feeds his passion for motocross activities. Trustworthy, friendly, and reliable, Pat is the kind of guy you can count on to be there for you when you need him – no matter what.

Melissa Jacobs | Vice President

Meet Melissa, a dynamic and determined woman, making her mark as the Vice President of Shamrock Dirt & Forestry. As the devoted wife of owner Pat Jacobs, she brings a fresh perspective and unwavering passion to the company’s success. But beyond her professional accomplishments, Melissa’s greatest joy comes from being a new grandmother to Baby Blake. Her nurturing and loving nature shines through in her role as a grandma, just as it does in all aspects of her life.


When not busy hustling alongside her husband, Melissa can be found exploring new trails on her trusty jeep or putting her sharp shooting skills to use while hunting in the great outdoors. Above all else, Melissa treasures spending quality time with her beloved family, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Michael Barnhart | CFO

Micheal Barnhart is the Chief Financial Officer for both Shamrock Property Maintenance and Shamrock Dirt and Forestry. He also serves as a bi-vocational Pastor at one of the rural churches in Henry County. Micheal has been married to his wonderful wife, Wendy, for the past 26 years, and they have three amazing children.


Two of their children are attending UT Knoxville, pursuing undergraduate and doctoral degrees, while their youngest is a sophomore at Henry County High School. In his rare moments of free time, Micheal enjoys spending time with friends in the nature of this beautiful world the Lord has given us.

Sean Jacobs | Lead Operator

Sean is the Lead Operator for Shamrock Dirt and Forestry. Heavy machine operating has been a passion of his for many years, along with leading an exceptional group of men. He looks forward to making special improvements to customers’ homes.


Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife Sara and daughter Blake.
